At The Brick Oven Pub every dish is homemade with the freshest ingredients available our pizza dough is made from scratch and hand rolled. Much care is taken in preparing all our sauces and dressings. Our burgers are made from 1/2 lb delicious short rib brisket our wild caught Icelandic cod fish and chips is Sierra Nevada Pale Ale Battered and hand dipped to order. Onion rings are cut and hand battered in house, french fries are hand cut daily,. All our appetizers from our jumbo wings to our calamari to our battered to order fried mushrooms and fried pickles are hand made in house daily.
