The crust is made from special, finely milled flour, active yeast and pristine water that bakes up tender and light. The tomato sauce is made from San Marzano tomatoes (only grown around Italyʼs Mount Vesuvius), fresh garlic and extra virgin olive oil; it is redolent with the flavors of southern Italy. The buffalo mozzarella is made from the milk of water buffalos and adds a unique, savory tang. Itala pizza imports San Marzano tomatoes, artisanal buffalo mozzarella and ʻ00ʼ flour from Italy weekly.
