Knife Edge Brewing is a Maine Craft Brewery and wood fired pizzeria located between Katahdin Woods and Waters National monument and Baxter State Park. With access to a network of on site single track MTB trails, cross country ski and walking trails, Maine's famous ITS 85/86 snowmobile trail and the acclaimed fishing and whitewater of the West Branch of the Penobscot, Knife Edge is truly in the midst of the Katahdin Regions recreation epicenter. Featuring a Maine Wood Heat woodfired oven that cooks crust pizza at 700 to 900 degrees in under 3 minutes, the combination of high heat and woodfire produce a great flavor and texture. We currently serve a mix of Maine Microbrews, our own craft beers brewed on site, wine and canned cocktails.
