In our architecturally elevated space, come enjoy direct views of the pizzaiolos and our handmade wood-fired oven from the 12-seat chef’s counter, the dining room, and the bar. Sho is derived from shokunin, a Japanese word that means a master of one’s craft. Chef Sean Brock and his talented team of super star chefs have been developing their signature dough for several years. Sho’s dough mixes Southern grains and the world’s finest Italian flour cooked with local hickory and oak wood giving the pizzas a subtle hint of Southern flavor.
